ELYMI stands for “Eat Like You Mean It” – and they mean it! ELYMI opened in Calgary in April 2024 and is a single-location, family-run local restaurant.
ELYMI’s brunch buffet is jam-packed with a huge variety of cuisine, and they take pride in their international offerings. At ELYMI, you can find the usual breakfast items, such as eggs Benedict, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and French toast, as well as an omelette and waffle station with all of the fixings. You can also find fish, dim sum, and even pierogies in the buffet. I love that their desserts are pre-plated in individual bowls and you just grab the individual serving bowls. And they did not forget about the kids! The kids’ buffet has macaroni and cheese, French fries, chicken tenders, and a delicious gooey cheese pizza. In fact, the cheese pizza was one of my favorite buffet items – the cheese pizza and the spicy green beans from the salad buffet! The beans were crisp with a good amount of heat in them.
When you walk into ELYMI, you will instantly notice that it is full of families, and understandably so when you know that there is something for everyone.
